Whew! 10 miles is no joke. Yesterday after work I met up with Rob at the gym to do some training for the Mudder. We did twenty minute intervals on the stationary bike, the treadmill, and the elliptical. I went 6 some odd miles on the bike, two some odd miles on the treadmill, and two and change on the elliptical. It was a good workout. One hour long and non-stop movement, needless to say I’m tired now. Hooray for naps.
